Talis Valves India Private limited was established as subsidiary of Talis group in 2016.As a part of restructuring STS has taken over the management of Talis India in 2022 and continue to supply Talis and STS brand products into India and nearby country customers. ‘STS’ is a professionally managed organization with core values of manufacturing and distribution of sustainable products in the water sector. In addition to own manufacturing products, we distribute Talis products, which are known for the best technology and water saving solutions across the globe. Our experience, innovative technology, global expertise and individual consultation process, form the basis for developing sustainable solutions for the efficient handling of the vital resource “water”.

Mr. Satish G Pillai, a Graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, having experience over (more than) Forty-Seven (47) years both in India and Abroad, started his career as a Sales Engineer and with diligent and hard work, rose to the position of CEO, Executive Director, Managing Director.
Out of his strong professional career, the initial 20 plus years are with water Industry in pumps and valves with leading Indian companies with involvement in, Project Management, Engineering & Manufacturing, Sales& Marketing, General Management, Financial Control, Technology Transfer. Have handled various prestigious large Infrastructure, Civil, and Electro-Mechanical Projects from the inception to the commissioning in India and Abroad including various EPC Contracts, Design, Engineering, Procurement & Construction for large projects: –
Currently, for the past twenty years working with a Large Construction Company in Qatar, Galfar Al Misnad Engineering & Contracting WLL as Executive Director, overseeing the Operations of Qatar, Abu Dhabi, and Kuwait.
In all the assignments, I had a successful track record of turnaround, excellent man management with strong business acumen and negotiating skills.
Also involved in Media (both in India & Qatar), and Founder Director of companies in Power, Health Care, Exports, etc. in India.
Satyanarayana Cherukuri

Mr. Satyanarayana Cherukuri, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from GITAM University, Andhra Pradesh started his career as a Sales Manager at Kirloskar Pumps Limited. With more than 35 years of experience in the water industry, Mr. Cherukuri has grounded several multinational companies and has been instrumental in introducing efficient and emerging water products and technologies for Municipal water distribution networks, large size cross country pipelines, and versatile pumping systems catering to the requirements of public and private sector customers in South Asia.
One such initiative was the introduction of Ductile Iron (DI) resilient seated valves into the Indian water market which vastly benefited the customers by reducing non-revenue Water (NRW), improving water management, and installing food-grade approved hygiene water supply products. The water industry has now pivoted to DI resilient seated valve technology implementing the initiative in the majority of the water utilities.
Under his leadership, the respective multinational companies were able to introduce efficient and quality water technologies in the projects implemented for Indian water boards in several state and central government water initiatives. Implementation of these water technologies empowered the water network with quality, cost-effective products for efficient water distribution.
Mr. Cherukuri and STS Valves India Pvt LTD aim to deliver sustainable water solutions to the ever-evolving water industry and cater to the needs of customers in South Asia.
