- With flange ends on both sides acc. to EN 1092-2
- Suitable for both directional use
- Body and Disc made of ductile Iron – GGG50
- Wedge made of ductile Iron – GGG50 with EPDM encapsulation
- Body and Bonnet: Epoxy coating with approx. 250 microns – WRAS approved powder
- Stem: Stainless steel SS420/410
- Stem Nut & Bearing: Brass/Bronze
- Gasket: EPDM
- Bolts made of stainless steel A4
- Epoxy coating is food grade approved.
PRODUCT DETAILS
Product Features:
- Elongated bearing: this helps to hold dynamic 3 no’s O-ring which act as a sealing member during operation of the valve to avoid leakage through bonnet & shaft, it provides triple protection against the leakage,
- Wedge Nut: the wedge nut is replaceable, which makes it low & easy maintenance.
- Sliding Shoe/Cap: this allows to decease the operating torque due to lower friction between the metal body & the plastic sliding shoe/cap, which in- turn make the valve easy for operation
- Stem: The stem is made of stainless steel with 17% chromium.
- Valve Feet: This helps to keep the valve in stable standing position.
